Location is excellent for walking access to Leura Mall, the ambience of the room and overall facility is very good, great to have a room with a balcony, lovely garden setting, freshly cooked breakfast.
They kept the house in traditional form and were always friendly and warm.
Everything was spoltess, and the house has a incredable feeling that makes you comfortable.

We stayed here with a group to attend a wedding at a nearby home. The building and grounds were very well kept. The room was large and clean and the ensuite was in good condition.
Lovely old home with interesting history. Room was quite spacious. Nice location, and very quiet.
Parking a bit tight when full house.
Nothing.
The bed and pillows were very hard. The sign in the bathroom warning not to mark the towels with makeup etc was off putting.
Quite limited storage. Breakfasts were very unimaginative and exact same menu repeated daily. Room was never spruced up during stay.
