  I liked the fact that we had a sizeable suite (i.e. bedroom separate lounge & kitchen) for a similar price to what others were charging just for a motel room. It was close to the CBD, even though the road was reasonably quiet. Great staff and always smiling. Very polite and made us feel very welcome. Bed was very comfortable, and amenities were excellent.

  this hotel was in a great location, close enough to walk to city centre, yet far enough away from city noise. Very clean rooms. Receptionist kindly gave us a key to put our bags in room and freshen up even though our room was not quite ready. - The breakfasts were excellent.   I have stayed at the Clarion four times and each time I have been impressed by the friendly, but professional service. The rooms are so comfortable, it is like going home. I would always chose the Clarion when in Lauceston. Room quite spacious and had everything you needed and a nice lawn area near our villa where you could sit and enjoy. Spacious rooms - simple but comfortable with cooking facilities. Lots of wild life (birds, ducks, rabbits). Bistro and Grill served delicious meals at reasonable prices. By car just 12 minutes from the airport and 6 minutes to Launceston / Cataract Gorge.

  I love staying in the Manor room. It's beautiful, very well decorated and comfortable. The bathroom is just the best with spa bath and shower with dual jets. It is exceptionally well priced when compared to other similar venues. The Country Club Casino is a one stop shop with entertainment, great meals and fantastic accommodation. The suite had distant views of the lake. There was valet parking provided. We ate in the resort and the evening buffet meals were very good.
