Lovely location on the water at Launceston. Our room overlooked the River - was very spacious and comfortable. Could easily have stayed here for a couple of weeks. Light, airey and well located with a choice of restaurants right around it. Peppers Seaport was probably the most spacious and best equipped apartment hotel we have ever stayed at. The location is superb, the staff very pleasant and helpful, and a wonderful range of restaurants and cafes in or adjacent to the hotel.

Over priced mini bar compared to last Hotel I stayed at (Rendezvouz Hotel Melbourne cbd). The hotel was lovely.Ive lived in launceston all my life but now 40 mins out of town.I was very suprised at the beautiful views the hotel has.We stayed here as we had 3 special occasions to celebarate. Location was fine, close to city centre, but also to natural features. Also close to fine restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Great views from the rooms overlooking the river. Great restaurant and beautiful food, Don and the restaurant staff were very good they were very helpfull in telling us what to see and visit which the front desk staff didnt. Everthing else was satisfactory. The Close proximity to where we were visiting and ease of car parking. The handy little cafe's. Laudry and kitchen facilities were good. The friendly welcome from reception, the lovely balcony hanging over the water with the hills in the distance, the comfortable beds, the proximity to food with a view. Very convenient location within walking distance to shopping and restaurants as well as situated on the river with walking paths close by. Location on the waterfront; short walk to city centre; spacious, modern apartment; shops and restaurants which were part of the precinct. Excellent location. Clean, spacious room. Great breakfast at Cube restaraunt. Airport shuttle bus service (now costing $18 not $15). Soundproof room considering we were on the main road. Very clean and walking distance to the city. Restaurants downstairs. The spacious size of the lining room/kitchen & separate bedroom. The view was excellent overb the Tamar River. Enjoyed the fact it was within walking distance to the city also restaurants and any cruises we did. Great Plc to stay Will be back Great service didn't feel like just a hotel Room was great. We thought we request a balcony,we didn't have one for the prize we paid,the hotel was half empty and didn't offer one sayng the were full booked,bar to expensive,We wont come back. Outlook. Over priced mini bar compared to last Hotel I stayed at (Rendezvouz Hotel Melbourne cbd). as nice,clean and modern the bathroom was the water pressure and temperature had a lot to be desired.hot water was all the way on with minimal cold and pressure was non existant. Quite expensive as Peppers group are, but for the money the room was good but view of concrete batching plant (Boral) and noisy pile driver in the industrial site was not enjoyable therefore the room price should be reduced the staff at the front desk charged us 8 dollars parking per day when the room information book says 5 dollars per day. The front staff should not only be friendly but should know what they are selling or make sure room info is updated. The drains in the bathroom smelt when the shower was used. Some cutlery was unclean. Objects from previous guests found under couch cushions. No extra blankets provided in room-we were cold and slept in the dressing gowns!!. All Good. We are going back next Monday cancelled our other bookings. Nothing. Having to pay for parking Bed was quite hard. Parking was an extra cost. On arrival the lady at reception had a strong continental accent with a slight speech impediment (I think) and was quite difficult to understand. Only 1 elevator for such a large building - considerable waiting time at peak periods. Not much to not like Only thing we found was there was no ironing board As we had a function to go to and needed a couple of things ironed but we managed :-) Otherwise keep up the great service. wish it had a swimming pool and a spa! Parking is also limited. Glasses were dirty on arrival and used cups and glasses weren't replaced with room service. First time we have experienced this in any establishment we have stayed in. Restaurant in building - Cube cafe? - no good but good places just outside. The warf area is becoming stale and expected dining and spa areas had gone or diminished in quality. Nothing really. Paying for car Parking. The slice of salami stuck down in between the couches. They were cluttered with too much furniture for the size of the room. Shortage of car parking, noisy air conditioning. No comment. Hard to think of anything. the fact that we arrived at 7.15 and couldn't get into MUD until gone 9 for dinner. Bed terrible. Mini bar sad Restaurant very limited menu.
