The Grampians Motel is situated on 12 acres of parkland, a 10-minute walk from Brambuk Aboriginal Cultural Centre. It offers an outdoor pool, a restaurant and a free WiFi in all rooms. Air-conditioned guest rooms are fitted with electric blankets, a toaster and a flat-screen TV. All have an en suite bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Direct parking access is featured. The Views Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. It serves a wholesome breakfast which includes cooked dishes and a continental buffet. Motel Grampians is a 12-minute walk from Grampians Adventure Golf. It is a 10-minute drive from Halls Gap Zoo and the Gap Vineyard.

Room was in a fantastic location, wildlife just outside, great view and ( for us ) perfect weather. As well as this the bed was great and spa bath was magnificant. Location wasnt far from winneries, tracks, cultural activities and restaurants. I would definitely recommend Grampians Motel and generally stay in Halls Gap. It's absolutely magic and it stole our hearts. It's quite, calm with excellent views. Kangaroos appear in a garden each evening. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !.

Superb setting, nestled in bushland with kangaroos and emus roaming the grounds and beautiful mountain views We enjoyed watching the stars by the bonfire. The hotel location is very closed to National Park, thus you get to see lots of kangaroo in the evening. My kids were crazy with those wild kangaroo!. While the weather was wet and windy the rooms and staff were warm and friendly. The service was efficient and the mwals very tasty and good value. location and staff. 10/10. They surprised us with B'day cake at dinner because we mentioned it was a birthday getaway weekend at check in. The view, the spa... once we got it working. We liked the idea of the fire pit and an opportunity to sit out and have a drink around it. Chris and Jeff are wonderful, facilities terrific, food fantastic wildlife, and they helped out with directions and suggestions. Friendly owners very helpful great communication very clean and comfortable excellent food in restaurant would stay again. Mountains are great view . Spa was so relaxing meals were good too. Also wild life all around motel to look at was great. Fantastic views , nature and wildlife especially lots of kangaroos. Great restaurant and friendly staff. Loved the spa! The owners were down to earth, vey friendly, up-beat, hard working and did all they could to make our stay pleasent. The restarant was fairly priced and the food of an aduquate standard - more like english pub food. The situation of the motel at the foot of the lovely Grampians was awesome. Wildlife was in abundance and friendly. Large well kept grounds lovely for walks. The view of the grampians.the kangaroos that just stray in the hotel premises. THE SUNSHINE the hills the animals. Beautiful location. Nature surrounding. location. bed with the electric blankets and the jacuzzi was great however there was no hot water when we wanted to go in the shower the next morning!!!. Halls Gap is worth the visit if you're interested in walking and grand vistas. Also the aborigine centre well worth a visit, staff very friendly. Pool was filthy, full of bugs! Door locks were broken. I really don't know. We would have loved to stay here some days longer!. Be aware it's a 3km walk to the centre of town. The 'jacuzzi' is a big bath with a big compressor on ground. We just laughed and drank more wine which actually made it more special. The sound of the over flowing blocked down pipe. The non stop rain that prevented us from sitting outside and going for walks :( oh well next time hey. Didnt stay long enough holiday was too short. Can't fault this place. Not enough cutlery in the room. Nothing. Rooms may be a tad old but they are spotless and everything works. Risk of bushfires. no wi-fi to my room, had to use the restaurant. rooms a little dated. Staff that ask what are you doing then ask the same thing the next morning!! Poor listening skills. The Kookabarra restaurant The shopping. Like similar motels throughout Australia, seemed dated to us. Built with painted brick finish inside walls gave us the feeling of sleeping in a garage. However the room was fairly clean and was deffinately spacious. Had the deluxe room but wifi cant be access. did not like the meals uneatable, my daughter-in-law had shank, it was so tough & dry the potato was so cold & there was a layer of oil over the gravy. Not a good look. My chicken had semi dried tomato in it did not work yuk sour.please get a good chef. Motel room in general. No privacy fin the family room cause no room divided and only one toilet. Toilet door can't lock. no hot water!!!!!!!!. Accommodation was third rate, cold and felt damp, tired and long overdue updating. They were unable to provide food on arrival despite having booked weeks in advance. No wifi in room, despite being given password. Extremely expensive with a very off hand attitude from counter staff. Not interested in why we wanted to leave a day early. Probably seen it all before! Certainly it was not an attitude we had encountered anywhere else on our extensive travels throughout Australia!.
