The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The apartment was big and spacious - as I was travelling with young kids. We got an excellent room with a very good view of the ocean - my kids enjoyed the beach, pool and spa very much. The staff were great and very helpful and Kylie was especially wonderful and was the most charming of any of the front of house staff in the 4 various hotels we stayed in! The apartments (we stayed on two separate occasions in a matter of weeks) were spacious and modern with great in-house facilities and balconies with great views. The pools were awesome and kept exceptionally clean. Although the complex was often fully booked it never seemed overly populated due to it's size. We plan to retur

2) Coles at the ground floor. Very convenient.
3) Swimming pool, gym and spa. Very well up kept (especially the gym equipment).

5) Plenty of hot water. :)
6) My wife thought that she left her diamond ring in the apartment and the staff were very kind to have a look for us.
7) Availability of car parking.
8) Modern TV in the apartment. It has HDMI interface.
