I liked the location, walk to anywhere we needed to go. We had a meal at the Italian restaurant nearby, breakfast and lunch at a little café that was very close as well. There was no need to take our car anywhere as the friendly guy at the desk let us leave the car there to walk to our appointment and come back when we were ready which was very much appreciated. The Staff very nice and friendly :):) both afternoon shift and morning shift the time I checked in and out !! All up reasonable priced for considering age of Motel !.
kaikki arvostelut » We loved how clean the room was. I've worked in housekeeping & I was blown away by how clean & tidy the room was. Also the bed was amazing! Soooo comfy!. Manager was pleasant & helpfull. Accommodation was clean & comfortable. Sunrise was an added bonus :). Parking - they said i could leave my car there even after checkout. Good staff & perfect location with value of money. The duty manager was very friendly and helpful. Quiet, clean, cheap, friendly staff. central location good parking. cheap, location, big room. Good Friendly people. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was very friendly. Charlie and his good customer relations. Position tariff. friendly staff. Cheap rates. Charlie was very friendly and helpful. Charlie, the manager was delightful, very friendly & very helpful. nothing. It was a bit noisy from the other guests and lights on most of the night but that's to be expected at a motel. We slept ok. The Water pressure in the shower could have a little stronger but did the job :). We didn't like the idea of paying for air con. We understood but we also noticed a lot of motels/hotels at the same price that had air con. If the windows and door had screens, we could have captured the beautiful breeze and wouldn't have even thought of air con. Didn't hav dinner plates & cutlery. another blanket would have been handy. Bookings.com didn't do its job. No booking and no payment despite our receipt. We have settled separately with the Motel. Shower was nothing more than a dribble. Could not have washed shampoo out of hair. When upstairs turned on a tap/flushed a toilet, pipes made a very loud noise. Not good in the middle of the night. The noise from building operations across the road.they worked till late and started early.suppose once the job finished could be a proposition for short stays. No hooks or hanging space Noise from night work from rail construction. room not what expected hard mattress that you could feel the springs through. Noisy guests until 0300. No sleep. Pillows too hard. Too noisy, no sound proofing to the room at all. Too expensive for the facilities and much too noisy especially with the light rail roadworks happening right outside. Should have been notified of the excessive noise with a relevant reduction in tariff if we went ahead with the booking. The bathroom window did not have a screen & had to be closed the main (glass) door had a security lock which did not work. The curtains did not prevent light coming in & did not cover the window/door. The floor would have been more comfortable than the bed. It was very, very noisy. Unfortunately we had booked & paid on the inet which had not been received by the motel & were unable to get a refund. Worst motel experience we can remember. mouldy shower - grubby sink rising damp walls old construction noisy fans outside additional cost for air conditioner poor road access due to tram track works general impression - overpriced one star rate (I am an experienced traveller & am being generous with 1 star rating!).
