The friendliness provided by Tony, the location which is perfect for the theme parks, the bus service and driver to the Australian Outback Spectacular which we had pre booked without knowing the bus service provided by this Motor Inn at $5 per person return. It saved us from driving and finding a park. This Motor Inn was a great choice and would highly recommend it. Location was close to the Outback Spectacular: We only needed a clean bed for 8 hours, and a hot shower, close to the venue before we went on our way again! Look, this motel has had it's day and is now up against the Motorway, but with the aircon on we didn't hear a sound all night!.
kaikki arvostelut » on our late arrival due to delayed flights I was trusted enough to be given access to the safe to obtain our key, my account was already settled for me and I didnt lose any of my valuable time as we were only in town for the weekend. It was so close to Dreamworld and Water world amusement parks and we could walk there! Also the availability of a courtesy van to take us to the Australian Outback spectacular show. Plus the awesome friendly helpful motel employees. Wonderful service. Even a last minut extra night. Food served at restaurant was delicously fresh. Rooms cosy and location has theme park viewable from front door. Perfect for our stay. How close to dreamworld it was & how helpful staff were when we were running late and didn't arrive till after midnight yet no trouble key was left in safe for us, thank you. It was cheap and clean enough. Very basic though. Good location for theme parks but not for anything else I would imagine. Although close to freeway noise was limited. Wonderful customer service and a great location, will stay again warm environment like a home away from home would recommend to friends and families traveling. As we only stayed at the motel to visit friends in coomera it was nice and close for us../ also the staff was very helpfull....cant fault them.... It was cheap and in the perfect location for what we were after. The staff were really nice. The bed was comfy. That's all that really matters. I loved the home cooked breakfast. Will definitely be back. They also run a fantastic shuttle service to local tourist attractions. Location - close to Dreamworld and motorway. Friendly managers. Room serviced while out. Large room with kitchenette and big bathroom. Beside a busy road (Beaudesert) but quiet. Great service, fantastic breakfast menu and the food tasted fantastic. Will stay again. Even though we only stayed one night I found the staff friendly and helpful. It was close to the attractions and comfortable. It was also very quiet despite being so close to the M1. Convenient for stopover to Lamington National Park after a late afternoon arrival at Brisbane Airport. Good location, friendly staff. It was close to where we were going, it was affordable for an unexpected stay. Located close to our dinner show and not too far from Harbour Town shopping. the hotel was within the distance we needed to attend a function. Outdoor settling is lovely, close to dreamworld is excellent. The back garden and pool area looked well maintained. staff very friendly. We skipped breakfast because, well, it just didn't sound inspiring: It was probably your typical budget motel brekkie circa 1970!. there wasnt anything that I didnt like. The weather - not there fault. It looks old and is old, a coat of white paint would do wonders for the place. its very out dated. It is a very outdated building, facilities and decor. Advertised foxtel - not available as had been uninstalled from the tv and no one knew how to fix it. Not much, just the traffic noise from the motorway during the day but bearable. I thought the rooms were good but looking very tired, I think in need of a update for all the furniture and the bathroom was tired too. We still loved the location and this was our second time there. The only comment I would have is that it needs a paint job to update it. Otherwise it was good. Location - very hard to find. More sign posting would be helpful or more information provided on website regarding how to find the Motel. very basic items were provided, may be could have included more plates, cutlery, cups etc but wouldn't stop us from staying there. My gps couldn't find the location. traffic will always be a problem. Better signage for access it was hard to find motel entrance on roundabout, we got lost. Hard to find because of overgrown trees on roadside (not Motel's fault). the service at the restaurant. Maybe the rooms could do with a bit of a spruce up..... Limited access to shops if you do not have transport. I didnt like that there was no hairdryer and no shampoo in the dispenser. Quite difficult to find. No under cover car parking, the lighting in the room was terrible, the room was small with a very old wardrobe in it. Noisy. Ugly decor, cold swimming pool, harsh lighting, noisy location not evident on web site. No room service from restaurant. Maybe some play equipment for kids would be good. Hard to find. Our Tomtom GPS couldn't find it! Traffic noise for top floor. Uncomfortable mattress. Very dated decor. Overpriced. the water pipes made the most hideous noise when using water. the housekeeping service continually interrupted us before we needed to check out!!! they started at 9am!!!. Restaurant advertised as licensed but it is not. The reception desk sells average alcohol from behind the counter. Rude night staff - got lost and phoned motel to be repeatedly told do you know your right hand, were next to the biggest theme park in Australia, then when I try to explain where I was (which was the back of the theme park) he told me he was having tea call back in 10 minutes and hung up on me. Will NEVER recommend ever. Cheap motel - bad service, musty room, over head light not working,noisy was next to laundry. Could not wait to leave next day. road noise very loud.
