Each apartment has a balcony or patio overlooking the pool area. WiFi access and air-conditioning are available for an extra charge.

It is close to all amenities but in a very quiet location. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The highlight for me though, was the service. Sandy at reception was fantastic: helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and always communicated with her guests. A definite recommendation if you are in the Gold Coast. I'm going back!. It's located on Chevron Island which is a short walk to Surfer's Paradise but at Chevron Palms you don't have the noise, and hustle and bustle of staying in Surfer's Paradise itself. Excellently appointed self contained units with everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Housekeeping, amenities - very modern and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Maria Wolkowski. I loved the kitchen and the living room. It could be a bit walk from Surfers Paradise (abt 600-700m) but i kind a lazy guy.. :p For those athletic people, it's just a stroll away. The pool with salt water is cool... love it. Car park is great.. I loved everything about it! It's close to everything. Very comfortable and the staff are all lovely! I'll always be booking chevron palms when i head to the Gold Coast!. The service I received from the owners was excellent. Very convenient location with good access to most areas of the Gold Coast. Excellent location to all the Theme parks on the Gold Coast, 5 minute walk to Surfers Paradise restaurant/ shopping precinct. Very handy to Surfers Paradise shops etc and the beach. Close enough to walk but far enough away to be out of the rat race. clean, spacious, functional, close to the city and shops, quiet, palm trees and pool, underground car parking. Accommodation good Close proximity to city centre and facilities Helpful front desk staff. the unit was fully self contained, and motel was safe and secure, great location. Its nicely located to and from the main city of Surfer's Paradise. just enjoyed the stay and not having to do much. Location & very competitive rates:). Within walking distance to everything. Very handy to Surfers and Bus route. Great Managers & great service. staff very helpfull quite area. Security was excellent. great location. The heated swimming pool, the location. Had an allergic skin reaction to the salt chlorinated pool. We had issues with our booking. We booked and paid for an extra bed - didn't get it. When we booked online we selected 2 adults & 1 child, but didn't realise until we were there it had actually only booked for 2 adults. N/A. Bed a little hard, but that's personal preference. for the price, really cant complain. not much. Very few foxtel channels,separate DVD player hire. Had a noisy neighbour. very small living area tiny tvt no tvt in bedroom old fashion micro wave to big for bench old kettle. Extra expense for airconditioning was disappointing. the stairs the hairdryer not working. We stayed in room B32. There is a young female who lives in a unit/ house next door who sits outside from 12 midnight and talks loudly to flatmates/or on her phone. One morning it was after 3am. Only 2 towels, limited tea/coffee options. Traffic in surfers overwhelming and long traffic jams due to light rail construction and V8 supercars.
