Customer service was excellent to make up for problem encountered. The absolute beachfront. The views. staff ie. kate location. Weren't able to get into room upon first night arrival. How you had to buy the toiletries if you ran out. can opener didn't work coffee cups badly chipped ceiling fans in both bedrooms were rusted and extremely noisy.

Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in.
