everything was just great parking at the door, neighbours were close but we didn't hear them. plenty of room in the unit had everything you needed, the girl in the office was amazing. I had my mother and her sister with me and they said they could quite easily live there. thankyou for a great stay. Room to move, kitchen, staff - new kettle no complaints made etc, being able to have friends over and relax. It was wonderful and several of our family and friends who had booked elsewhere were w=very envious of where we were staying compared to their accommodation for price comparison. Well done.
kaikki arvostelut » The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble and we were upgraded. The bathroom was huge and clean, the water was hot, the rooms were large, light and airy. The view was amazing. Welcomed at front desk & immediately upgraded. Wonderful apartment with great views, a great experience all round. Fully equipped as well. Discover all of Esperance it's beyond belief. Complete facility for and small family. Loves the cooking facility. The spaciousness of the place. Separate rooms Convenient location. Quiet and conveniently located. Staff very friendly and helpful. That's the apartment is fully self contained and great service!. the price was good bedroom was great lounge room was very good. Spacious and clean. Close to all amenities . Staff very nice and helpful . Roomy apartments ,fully self contained . A little old but value for money . Quite location . Self contained with reasonable facilities. Comfortable with good bed & a washing machine. Owner very helpful and accommodating. Good location, quite area. We only saw one lady and she was helpful The TV remote did not work and she gave us new batteries - she also assisted with resetting the aircon. rooms were a good size. On arrival the bathroom and other tile floors were very slippery - this meant we needed our bath mats on the floor to prevent slipping over. By day two this was fine. Nothing. It was great. No direct view of the beachside. Nothing really, it more than met expectations. We were only there for one night on business. Only one towel rail - nowhere to hang family's worth of towels. Only one reading lamp working in master bedroom. Pillows very cheap and flat. The bed wasn't that comphy but livable for the short stay. the lounge wasn't comfortable the kitchen was a bit old and needed some tlc. Would of been nice to get fresh towels daily . Who wants to do laundry whilst on holidays. There was no dryer and the weather was wet. Overall a little tired and needs attention. Mismatch of crockery etc. Little over priced. Pool was for private use only, picture indicates in letsbookhotel.com as though it's part of the complex! also shower hot water is luke warm at best!. BRoken tiles in the bathroom Damp dirty towels in the wachine machine Mismatched cutlery and crockery - unlined shelves in kitchen It was really just basic and needs a revamp. too far out of town with no view.
