Great service, good room, short walk to Parap markets for breakfast. Thanks Louise for a great stay, we will be back. Room was clean and fresh, close to shops, hotels, markets & only a $10 -$15 cab fee to city and airport. The room was nice and clean, we arrived from Indonesia, got the key without any hassle, had a great sleep!. I love the kitchen here. You can cook tour own meals and you can stire your own food in the fridge here.

I liked the location and the room was appealing, bed comfortable and all was very clean. Having to pay an extra $20 for the night 'cos we booked through letsbookhotel.com. The location was fantastic. Staff wonderful and it was always clean and fresh. Rooms are comfortable, clean and modern. Friendly helpful staff. The swimming pool, the kitchen and the training room. Clean, quite, comfortable, spacious. Nice shower. Location,cleanliness,staff,pool area. Cleanliness. "Bogarts" next door was nice with a great dinner and cheap continental breakfast. Location was good. The bed was comfortable. Laundry facility. Generally good atmosphere, but see next:. Closeness to shops and the beach was a bonus as was public transport if needed. New room after complaint. Was given 1 night free. The pool. Distance from Airport. A bit noisy near the hotel as we were on lower floor just near bar. Basically, just bar/hotel noises. Also, the chatting/smoking table was just outside our door which made it a bit difficult and not private at all. I could not watch the television from the chair and had to sit on the bed all night which was uncomfortable. Very noisy guests on 2 nights and obviously very little soundproofing between rooms with connecting doors. Having to pay an extra $20 for the night 'cos we booked through Booking.com. Nothing. It was little bit too expensive for us. Bathroom small but modern. Over priced, very small room, no onsite parking. The daily cleaning just included leaving towels. The bed was barely made and stuff just left around. No shampoo or toiletries. No room safe. No bathroom curtain which meant we were floodlit by the outside light all night and ended up trying to drape towels over the glass bathroom door. All just gave the impression of corner cutting. There is a bit of a problem with (I assume) the staff of the bar having end of the night smokes and drinks at the back of the facility after 2 a.m. Rooms very small, no way worth the amount that was charged. Room on arrival had not been cleaned. Filled with dirty towels, rubbish, used linen etc!. bathroom too small bed uncomfortable bed badly made room not cleaned regularly over priced.
