  The obliging demour of the friendly desk staff. The cleaning staff did a great job. The kitchen facilities were terrific. The location was exceptional in relation to Coles and Harris' Farm Market. Sound insulation when front doors shut. Great parking facility. Close to harbour safety lap pool. Close to terrific beach & surf. Travelling to the city on the ferry was relaxing and enjoyable. Australia Day on the harbour was terrific. The staff at the quest were helpful and pleasant nothing was too much trouble.
