  The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The facilities are basic, but it still has everything you need. It's still really close to Canberra, even though its in Watson. It was quiet too, which is abnormal for a place that obviously has a high turnover of guests. - Staff very helpful. Needed fridge in room due to medical supplies.   I still think accommodation in the ACT is ridiculously expensive and the Lodge was the cheapest I could find. The shared showers/toilet is a bit o a pain but everything was immaculate and I didn't have to wait to use any of the facilities. The staff was terrific and very accommodating. All the facilities were very clean. The room was comfortable and being able to cook in the kitchen was very handy. The free breakfast is also very good. An excellent option if you're on a budget or an extended stay in Canberra. It's location close to Kingston shops is great. It's also easy to get into the city and a short walk to the lake.

  This is the best hostel i have ever stayed in.. Super clean, Super quiet and Super friendly!.. nothing you can fault about it at all! - I was able to get a second pillow to sleep better at night for just $5.
