  Coming from a Hotel Management background, I know what it means to make people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the genuine impression that it was truly a pleasure to work there and look after the guests. Nothing was a problem- everyone was exceptional... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ly friendly, welcoming and pleasant. I also wish to make specific mention to the food- I had the pleasure of enjoying the chef's specials last Sunday - Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

  We really liked how quiet and peaceful this location is. It is approximately 5'kilometres from town, which is far enough from the hustle and bustle and close enough to access the town facilities and beach. The resident peacock is a real highlight. - Very peaceful and relaxing setting. Being greeted by the peacocks at check in was a unique experie... mitä ihmiset sanovat » nce! Management were very pleasant and accomodating. Breakfast was great. Views into the forest from the balcony were fantastic.
