  On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Carparking was easy - a fee of $35 but we already knew about that so it was not a surprise. Still reasonable for inner city secure parking. The room itself was just lovely. Clean and new, modern and well decorated, I could find no fault. The facilities were excellent and the cleaning services were superb. Really, everything about my stay was outstanding. I could go on and on - the lifts were quick, there was parking available, the staff were helpful, the bed was comfortable, the aircon and tv etc all worked like a dream - I loved the fact that our sleeping area was separate to our living area - all the amenities were superbly appointed. Lovely kitchen facilities (not that we cooked) and I loved the fact that you had a coffee plunger so we could have a long black first thing in the morning :) Overall we felt that the Meriton offered great value and the location was excellent with the northbank riverside boulevarde being so close. The views from our room were incredible. I would definitely stay here again and high

  It was beautiful! Reminded of me of my old house, I felt very much at home. Couldn't believe how good the price was either. The room was spacious, had everything we needed for our one night stay.
