It felt like a home from home. We got a double room apartment that was spacious and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. It is a great place to stay if you are going out in the area and want a simple but pleasant and comfortable place to come back to. Small friendly group of apartments. I found the location close to Story Bridge hotel was excellent. the staff was helpful. The unit was comfortable and nicely decorated. It was good to have washer dryer. Staff replaced towels on request.
kaikki arvostelut » Excellent location.Close to the foreshore 20 min walk to Southbank along the river. Secure undercover parking. Heard that some areas in Kangaroo Point can be noisy. This certainly wasn't. Highly recommended. Great location for the city. Staff were very helpful allowing us to check in early and check out late to suit our flight times. The room was a great size with excellent facilities, very comfortable. Awesome hosts. Close to the city but still quiet. Great location for going to story bridge hotel for evenings. Would recommend to any businessmen wanting to stay in the area for good value b. Rachel the manager was exceptionally helpful and accomodating The apts are extremely comfotable,and ideally situated for city visits via the free water ferries. We arrived early,and were allowed to check in early. Also gsve us an extra secure car park space as we had 2 vehicles. Great firm bed, and wonderfully clean. Access to the Brisbane river and city, river cruises and a friendly location within walking distance to good public transport. The apartment was well laid out and had excellent facilities. It was also in a great spot and was terrific value for money. Room was very cute and quite cheap too, has everything you need for a few days away. Very secure hotel. Location is good, quite a walk from the city but the free ferry link is a charming way to get around. The location. Location to City. Not serviced. Had to make my own bed ..... but thats what i paid for. A bit of noise from traffic on the bridge but you get used to it and when I visited friends in high rise rooms at other apartments the bridge noise was much worse. Would have liked the towels and beds changed. I stayed 8 nights and feel this is something needed doing everything 2-3 days. Working long hours was unable to ask for fresh linen. Nothing negative whatsoever. We asked for a late check out ( 12 midday ) and were harassed by clening staff at 9am and again at 11 am.....we were in Brisbane for a wedding the night before and so it was a late night and we were also flying out the next day. Wifi ran out after the first day only get 200Mb but its free. Can be quite confusing when you turn up as there is no way to get inside without a staff member or another resident. Reception was not staffed very often, in particular there is a 10am checkout but when I went to check out at that time reception was closed!. That I couldn't stay longer. bed not so comfy. Would have liked: New Towels after a few days, some shampoo, garbage bags, ABC and SBS television working. washing machine broken. walking distance a bit of a problem. Exterior, non maintained gardens let you down. Car park Security gate not working. Requested twins share. Dangerous broken chair on Veranda. Reception desk un-maned. Some very loud & noise men in one of the Apartments! Ants arrived in the Kitchen once food arrived & a can of Pet spray would have been helpful. Place needed to be cleaned properly. There was food stuck to the back of the dining chairs and the floor needed a good vacuum. There had been something splashed up the dining room wall and not cleaned off. no ensuite just one bathroom and it was downstairs whilst the bedroom was upstairs. While the bedroom upstairs was huge there was only a bed and no other furnishings. It would make it perfect if there was a lounge chair and a bathroom upstairs. Need a power point near the mirror also. Fan not working in the bathroom. Old and Tired facility.
