Great place to stay. Beautiful location, stunning views and very close
to some brilliant vineyards. Fantastic rooms which were fully equipped
with everything you could need including a good selection of
complimentary teas and coffees. Breakfast and afternoon tea were
absolutely top quality. Sue was always friendly and helpful. Great value
for money. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
Loved everything about our stay. Sue is always friendly...breakfast and afternoon tea were, as promised by many who have gone before us, wonderful. Staying in the loft gives you the feeling of being the only ones there and the cold night was well warmed by a wood heater and a spa. Also nice just spending some time sitting on the bench seat on the lawn during a sunny part of the stay.kaikki arvostelut »
Sue the owner, her wonderful cooked breakfasts and afternoon tea. Free lollies and port in the room. The peace and tranquility in the valley. The incredible views of the valley. The bed was comfortable, and there is a selection of DVDs you can borrow and watch in your room. It is close to Lyndoch and Tanunda where there is good dining.
Perfect location for exploring the Barossa, Eden Vale and Clare Valley. Loved returning in the evenings to beautiful countryside and stunning views. Our accommodation very well equipped. What a delightful touch to leave a decanter of fortified wine made on the estate. Delicious! Very welcoming, particularly helpful and friendly.
We loved the hosts, Sue and Mark.
They were very welcoming and friendly. Sue cooks up a fabulous hearty breakfast AND they cater for gluten and dairy free dietary requirements. We also loved the quiet countryside.
The retreat was close to all the Barossa Valley areas we wanted to visit.
Sue's breakfasts and afternoon teas were fabulous. Loft unit with a log fire and spa was comfortable and cosy especially since it was quite stormy on one of our days there. Very handy for the many Barossa wineries. Sue was a wonderful hostess, thank you for a great stay.
Sue was wonderful and so helpful with directions and information on what was on in the local area as she has lived here all her life. The breakfasts and afternoon teas were sooooo good. I would stay here again any time.

Lovely setting and warm welcome. Great afternoon tea and breakfasts. Provision of ground coffee in room - why do so many places think instant coffee is acceptable!.
Excellent accommodation and a very friendly hostess. The breakfast was great. The only downside was that our two night stay was marred by poor weather..
The property was beautiful, the food was delicious and the owners were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely go back for another stay.
