This is a very nice, comfortable hotel in a great location right in the heart of Berry (with parking). We had a room with a patio overlooking the park which I would recommend. The Managers, Sam and Shannon, are delightful and couldn't be more welcoming. All in all a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in the area. It was comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults. Location was why we booked there as we were in town for a wedding at Silo's winery. Staff were helpful and very friendly on arrival. When asked for directions to Silo, they were prompt and very accurate as well as helpful in their hints on traffic.

Looking forward to returning in March and having dinner in the restaurant. The location in the main street, but not noisy. The atmosphere. The decor, the very comfortable bed. The tremendous meal in the restaurant. Basically everything. Right in the Middle of town.Good Room lay out with great balcony over looking park; Excellent matress, Lovley restrurant with friendly happy waiter. Just the ease of the stay,the staff went out of their way to help.the pool was a bonus on a hot day. Breakfast included,will stay again. room was beautiful, could not fault at all. Staff most helpful and friendly, location fabulous. Cleanliness, quietness of room decor and facilities were good easy parking close to shops. Great place, good location and good staff. Very quite place, relaxing days in this Motel. Helpful, friendly staff, good size room, well priced, well located, nice restaurant. Friendly staff, large and spacious room, very clean, modern and well appointed. Helpful and pleasant check-in/out receptionist; good restaurant. I liked the layout and amentities of the room, and the smell. The staff were so lovely The room service was excellent. The restaurant was ecellent. Good food and service. Rear room very quiet and access to restaurant easy. Service- staff went out of their way to accomodate. The family room in which we stayed was excellent. friendly staff and easy check in. location. We liked the overall cleanliness throughout the motel, and the gentleman at the reception desk was friendly & helpful. nice motel and room. The hotel was conveniently located. Actually there was nothing we didn't like. No flat screen TV, but that is being very picky. I didnt appreciate the rude response I received after handing in a list of 5 or 6 items requiring maintaince to an other wise lovely room. Really thought management would appreciate the input as maintaince is my line of work. Who ever he was I didnt appreciate his prickly attitude,bit like Basil Faulty ! Lady on desk in the morning was lovely to deal with, thankyou. Nothing. nothing I didn't like at all. Getting in touch by phone was somewhat difficult, messages taken but not answered. Nothing. The security door to the rooms - hard to open and slammed shut every time someone went in and out. Restaurant not open on Mondays. Nothing to dislike. No shower partition meant water ended on the floor after shower and was dangerous stepping from deepish bath onto wet floor. Nothing. Evening meal not of expected standard. nothing. nothing. no back entrance from the park. We felt the motel was overpriced for the facilities it provided. i found it very noisey.I could hear motors running all nite. We were given a disabled persons room- which we did not want and also two double beds rather then a queen. The room was very different to the photo on the website. It was small, the windows could not be opened. There was no hair dryer which is standard. There was no microwave or toaster in the room so I had eat out for breakfast. The meals in the hotel restaurant were very expensive, even for breakfast. Bed uncomfortable.TV remote only partially functional. Hardly a 4 star motel as claimed. Very dated room. Very expensive for quality of room.
