Rooms are serviced daily. You can enjoy continental breakfast served in the dining room for an additional charge.

The owners where always happy to help you and the breakfasts where excellent but most of all the room and bathroom were very clean and the overall room service was exceptional. The food outlets and the bowling club in Benalla had the best and cheapest food I've ever seen, I'm a Company rep travelling by car all the time. This is the forth time we have stayed there and it is always clean and comfortable. We had a budget room this time and although it was smaller than the other times we enjoyed it. Will stay there again when we come to Melbourne in 2014. For a good meal would recommend the Bowling club.

It is a very good experience and I definitely will recommend it to others. Helpfulness of staff; fluffy, clean towels each day; very comfortable bed; comfortable armchairs; heater in the bathroom. Fairly quiet, convenient location. loved it all the staff were welcoming and willing to accomodate our arrival it was friendly and just what travellers need. The staffs were great and very friendly. Bed linen and towels were clean and the room was just nice and compact. For the price, it was comfortable, quiet and clean. Will be staying their again on our next trip to Victoria. Manager very friendly and helpful. Good accommodation at good prices. Very central. The new owners were welcoming and accommodating - room clean - adequate breakfast. The gentleman the run the Motel was very friendly. He was running it on his own,. Friendly, helpful service and good value-for-money on an overnight stay. The upgrade to another category due to renovations being carried out. The charm of the gardens and the large, solid rooms. Easy to find and in great location close to CBD. no problems we liked everything.... The rooms where updated and clean. So very clean, couldn't fault it. Some fittings, such as curtains, in need of upgrade. Also some repainting & repair in the bathroom needed. loved our stay no changes needed. The motel is presently in transition of ownership, which will no doubt give the necessary opportunity for renovation, restoration & revitalisation of the complex. We found the room fairly small. The room was clean & tidy with fresh linen.It was very small and need some TLC very old.But it was a budget motel so you dont expect a lot you get what you pay for. Nothing. nothing. Mentioning a 'licensed restaurant' on the website when you don't actually have one is disappointing. The gardens need water although I suspect the drought is the problem. N/A. The matresses could do with an update, but I understand that this was a value for money property. ufortunately there was a group of noisy bogans staying who didn't care about the other guests.slamming doors at 11pm. Bed was not very comfortable TV is mounted too high on wall making viewing from bed (the easiest locatio) almost impossible as the low viewing angle means the screen is very dark, almost black. water saving shower head. bed head light too low on wall. Bit too far to walk to clubs etc to eat but great pizza delivered free. Trains passing through the night. Nothing. Although not a massive problem.The size of Tv was a bit small & was a bit too high on wall. My husband was kept awake most of night with a noise in the bathroom roof. he then had bites on his legs maybe spider or flees in bed very sick next day. room 12. Was a bit dated. I wasn't asked if I wanted breakfast. Train noise. Carpet & Chair dirty/stained. Skirting boards dirty. Shower whilst adequate and hot had old fashioned shower curtain and drainage was slow. Noisy neighbours in next room drinking until all hours of night. budget room so small. The hotel is badly run down. We had a terrible night sleep. The heating did not work and there were no spare blankets. It was terrible!. bad water pressure inefficient heating. No Microwave in room Breakfast in diningroom only No Phone directory No radio Globes missing from bedlamps Reception was shut at 8.30am. everything!!!!!.
