Upon arrival Tracey was wonderfully helpful and made us feel right at home instantly. The room itself was fabulously decorated although an older style building Tracey had done an amazing job with the decor. It has laundry facilities which Peter kindly popped in to make sure we had no trouble operating. Breakfast is highly recommended we had the poached eggs and it was high class and fair priced. We had a courtesy call before it was delivered with a newspaper on top. I would highly recommend sta.

Friendly family staff. Quiet. Excellent self-catering capacity. Value for money. Extra service this trip was greatly appreciated - we needed to unload before the room was ready and our hosts took care of our luggage so we could leave for the day. We enjoyed our stay and our helpful and friendly host.We found that our room had all the amenities we required and more.The beds were comfortable and the room clean.We were happy with everything! An older motel, perhaps 1970s, but well renovated and it's well equipped with things that guests may need; cutlery, crockery, modern heating/airconditioning, good beds - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great value, very friendly owners, very comfortable bed. Would recommend this motel to anyone. Even supplied water and scrapper to get the ice off your windscreen. The staff were very friendly & helpful, the room was quite, clean & comfortable with the motel an easy drive to the city center & attractions. We loved that our room was nicely presented also that it had a tv & DVD in both rooms, an iPod dock and a good size fridge. location was perfect for what we we wanted close to ballarat town centre comfy budget rooms with everything you would need. Proximity to the greyhound/trotting tracks. Clean ok. Nothing. The fan in the bathroom was to loud and had to shower with the light off because of it But other than that it was good. It would have been good to have some side plates & cutlery to use for our toast in the morning. nothing everything was great. one sink to wash hands and do dishes. Hard access to PowerPoint bedside bed for phone charger- small complaint but I'm guessing major issue for some people. Nothing. It was all good. Plumbing - showers keep changing from scorching hot to freezing cold. bathroom sink in kitchen area. Nothing to. nothing. Too far from centre of town. A toaster but no plates or knives to eat toast with, and no tea towel to clean with. Shower extremely small, very hard to turn around in. Parking bays narrow. Service of room. It was advertised as a "central location" when it was located in a commercial area far out of town! Bathroom facilities were very old and dated. Television was setup to turn off after a period of time which was annoying.
