With owner Maree meeting you at reception you are greeted like family. Her home is your home and if you need something she will give it to you. We decided to not go out for dinner at local venues to have a Barbie at the hotel pool/bbq area - Maree helped provide plates etc. She was interested in what you were doing and what you wanted to see - great local knowledge of the region. Thanks for a great comfy stay - wanted ro take the bed and pillows home!! regard deb and frank.
kaikki arvostelut » We were greeted with a smile and very friendly response even though it was right on closing time for reception. Made us feel very welcome. Beds were very comfortable, something that is really important to us when we travel. Breakfast was great and value for money. Very pleasant stay. as a first time solo traveller I really enjoyed the friendly owners and the room didnt feel like a motel room, made you feel right at home, bed was surprisingly comfortable and has made me want to travel alone more. Everything was great. It's very hard to find a motel that sleeps a family of 5 or 6, but this motel has both. The staff/ management were super friendly. Would definitely stay again. When I got a little lost they were very good and patient with giving me telephone directions. tje scrambled eggs at breakfast were very well cooked. I would like to say the team that is management was so friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend staying at the Classic. It's a family run business and they treated us well. We enjoyed our stay and nothing to complain. We would certainly visit again. Maree and Shane were great hosts - I only stayed overnight on business but their service was without fault. Our hosts were lovely and very accomodating. The pillows were the best and the bed comfortable. Great service & friendly from the moment you arrive, cleanliness, presentation of room. Hospitality was the greatest ever experiences and wonderful comfortable beds. It was very comfortable and pet friendly which was the biggest plus for me. Cheap and cheerful. Handy location for travellers and close to amenities. Best motel room we have stayed in for a long time, very friendly hosts. friendly proprietor and very helpful. Good pizza shop across the road. Excellent attention & friendliness from management. Pleasantly surprised by the decor and would stay again. friendly staff, arrangements as requested. Rooms classic Immaculately clean Friendly. Wow!! I loved the very welcoming décor. Good bed. QUiet. free wfi. Well positioned, reasonable facility for budget conscious travellers. room was relatively small & could have benefited from a larger table for breakfast etc. Nothing. nothing it is an excellent motel. nothing. Traffic noise Mattress was not firm. Couldn't find anything to dislike. no remote for aircondioner. Inadequate heating, old wall airconditioner was not effective. For $165 I expect a lot more than an old motel room. I dont think anyone should have to pay more than $110 for that family room. It wasnt bad, but definately not worth the $165 we paid for it. As for seeing cows out the window? Whoever wrote that review must have been eating good mushrooms lol.
