  There were a few minor issues that were quickly attended to by staff. Lift to second floor was great to cope with luggage. Location is great, close to shops and the city. - Kevin helped us move into the apartment next door. He was extremely helpful and obliging. Clean and comfortable. Great location.

  The location was excellent, staff were very helpful and there was a sense of security.Access to sopping and dining out were excellent and the suite was well equipped if you were eating in. - Great location.Busy street but considerably quieter than you might expect.   I have read a lot of negative comments about the ambassadors hotel. If you are expecting the Hilton don't stay there. We found it very clean, comfortable & friendly. Great value for location. The apartment had great facilities for a medium term stay - good kitchen, excellent washing machine and drier. Free wi-fi internet and very cheap printing was a real bonus. Plus, lovely comfortable grounds and a great location for cafes and restaurants. Also, convenient for the CBD.

  The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The apartment was spacious. Care was taken to explain how the parking system worked, and this was easy to understand. The view to the coast was marvellous. The wet areas were sparking clean and the room facilities were modern and easy to use.   Many rooms had a lovely view of the airfield but it is quite a quiet area and felt very safe. The restaurants and cafes nearby were excellent and very child friendly. Was a good location for us as near our friends who we went to visit. it is about a $30 cab to CBD or there is a train station close by. We wanted to spend last day in the city and the hotel organised for the CBD quest to mind our baggage so we didn't need to come back before heading to airport. Mawson Lakes is very nice too.
