  The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The apartment was spacious. Care was taken to explain how the parking system worked, and this was easy to understand. The view to the coast was marvellous. The wet areas were sparking clean and the room facilities were modern and easy to use. Special mention should goto Melissa and Tash. As a family we have travelled extensively interstate and internationally. Staff make all the difference. We will be back.   During our first stay we stayed in an apartment on the 6th floor which was quiet even though it faced the main street and had it had a great layout with all the required amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very friendly staff especially the Reception staff Creina, Lucy and Taylor. Although in the centre of Adelaide the Hotel was quiet. Would certainly stay there again if we were in Adelaide. We were with another couple who also liked the hotel. Also has Andre's Cucina & Polenta Bar in the building - fantastic!
