Always enjoy an ensuite, and having access to a convenience machine for after hours service was fantastic, the gentleman Greg Moore was fantastic in his mannerism and conduct in organising our stay both over the phone before the stay and whilst we were at the accommodation -

The apartment was ideal, perfect for us, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The position of the apartment was superb, right on the seafront with no traffic near. So safe and the town of Glenelg easily accessible. Out door facilities were very user friendly and helped make our stay excellent!

My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

Superb swimming pool, spa, sauna & steam bath.
Room is comfortable and size is good and large bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and healthy fruit juicing drinks

The location was fantastic. A short walk to all that I needed to do. The highlight was the service from the owners. The price is the same as a hotel room but you have the luxury of a beautiful big apartment with a spa and wonderfully appointed kitchen. I will stay again.
