Superb swimming pool, spa, sauna & steam bath.
Room is comfortable and size is good and large bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and healthy fruit juicing drinks

The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. The position, right on Rundle Mall, good value for money, friendly
helpful staff. When we arrived, by car, we followed the directions to
find the hotel but they led us to a dead end street. One of the
receptionists, on being alerted to the problem, immediately went to find
the car and personally guided my husband to the car park. We were
upgraded, without asking, to a spacious 'studio' room.
