Juan and his family provide a warm and welcoming home away from home with this inconspicuous hotel just a block or two off from the main drag.
There is ample space, of which we thoroughly used, from the couch for lounging, to the kitchen to cook a meal for ourselves after eating out so much. The bathroom, while small, is recently renovated, clean, and functions perfectly. We had hot showers with good water pressure and no issues.

The location on the main street in Ushuaia was great. Near the port. It was clean and bathroom was nice. It was cheaper relative to the other hotels in the area but still over priced.

The owner is a very nice and the only person fluent in Spanish, English
