Excellent location and very helpful staff. Nice, quiet rooms.
It was a well-run hotel in a good location and reasonably priced. I would recommend it for good standards, but you can get better value if price is all-important.
Not really; the pool is a bit poky.
sauna, bed, shower, swimming pool, possibility to use the room until 18.00 if taking lunch in the hotel restaurant. People where nice and helpful, internet
much rumor from cars, especially on Sunday morning. Kitchen not very famous, internet without Skype..
Central location in Mendoza. The reception was helpfull with finding a car rental office and helping with packaging and preparing our box with Mendoza wine for aireal transport. Massages at the Spa were ok and not expensive.
The Hotel is a bit outdated. Some people working in the evening/night at the reception were grumpy and behaving arrogant. I noticed this behaviour also in some other (****) hotels in Argentina where people acted less friendly or detached when they had to communicate in English. My advise for them; don't join the tourist business. You can't expect every tourist to speak Spanish.
I loved the central location and the fact that everything was within walking distance. I also enjoyed having the pool and terrace to go and relax after shopping.
Hotel is in a good location and most of the staff seemed to try to help.
Basic, boring breakfast, totally slow internet, Mendosa did nothing to warrant anything more than a passing comment.
the pool and the bed comfort
the personal was not helping at all or were giving wrong information
it's close to the center of Mendoza
poor breakfast, the price is too high with respect to other similar hotels.
Staff unfriendly and not helpful, breakfast is so bad that it would be better not offering it at all, rooms are ramshackle since not much happens since the hotel was buiild (for World Cup 1978). I definately expect more from a 4-star hotel and do get more elsewhere.
