However after a mugging attempt and how clothes were dirtied they quickly agreed to have our clothes dry cleaned without charge. They also provided a free bottle of red wine as a gesture.   A warm welcome by the staff and a very relaxing room awaited our arrival. Included breakfast was nicely prepared and had the full range of food- omelettes made just for you. I think this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, in the world! The linens were perfect. We were not rushed out. the Recolata location couldn't be better for everything we wanted to do. I am recommending that our guide suggest 'Mio - We had an absolutely fabulous experience at Mio. Staff were very accommodating, room was incredible (we had one with a bath). Would loved to have stayed longer, but unfortunately we only had one night! If ever back in BA, we will stay at Mio!

  Friendly professional staff that's very efficient and made us feel welcome. Staff attentive, well informed and helpful. Someone always open front door. We spent a few days in Uruguay and left our luggage at hotel. In summary a great staff that goes out of their way to make you feel special.
