  Very kind staffs, especially Ms Patricia. She is very kind and helpful and made my stay much more comfortable. Hotel is very close to subway station and on the big street. Location is in the next block of national congress, so I saw security guards /police on the street and felt more secured. The room was spacious and comfortable with modern decor and a view of the city. It's not in the greatest downtown location for walking to attractions, but very easy by taxi.

  I thought the room was great vaue for money, although the letsbookhotel.com pictures and description make it sound as though it has a zacuzzi in the room, when in fact it's not even in the same building. They did leave some welome choclates on the bed though, which was nice. The staff also were helpful showing us a city map etc. - Everything.   Front desk occupied 24 hrs with friendly,kind,helpful staff members who always gave impression there was nothing they wouldn't do to help you. (They also spoke beautiful English which was helpful to some of us!) Design of the space was beautifully modern. Ample space in attractive refrigerator and cupboards in the kitchen. Outdo - Art Suites is brilliantly located in the heart of La Recoleta. The suite we were in, 5A (best to be in an A suite as opposed to a B suite as high as possible in the building - there are two suites per floor) was spacious, clean, comfortable, totally functional, and well serviced daily. It provided everything we needed for a five day stay in BA and, at US$875 for 5 nights, including 21% VAT, is very good value. The front desk reception is staffed 24/7 by very polite and knowledgeable staff.
