  Everything. Very nice staff, excellent location for Palermo Viejo/Soho area. We used buses/subway, so also fairly convenient to get around the city on 140 bus and D subte at Plaza Italia. Given the chic design, very good breakfast(with hot options at no extra cost), we found this an excellent value. We arrived really early and they gave us to have breakfast without charge since our room wasn't yet ready. Great location - right in the heart of trendy Palermo Soho.   Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable and the overall colonial look very well maintained.
