The hotel was nice and convenient. The exchange rate at the hotel was fair. We did have an episode when picked up at the airport. The driver that the hotel arranged for us dropped us off at the wrong hotel after we made it clear to him where we were going. Another driver was suppose to pick us up but after 45 minutes we caught a taxi. The service at the europlaza was good otherwise and the staff helpful.

Location was superb, and a great spot to walk to all the sights and shopping. Organised an airport transfer which was excellent and waiting or us. (Despite having to give a change of airports at late notice!!) Great value for money. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Place was very clean. Location was good for walking, taxis, restaurants and central sights. Decor tasteful. A/C worked well, hot water plentiful. Good value. Internet access on hotel computers worked well. Good cafe con leche. Nice toiletries offered in bathroom. We had excellent service. The rooms were immaculate. Responses to our requests were met immediately. The front desk was helpful and followed through on our questions. Our need to see a doctor was met, and the front desk arranged a visit. We were provided a translator when the doctor arrived. Organisation of transport from and to the airports was excellent managed from the hotel. Suggestions about Tangoshows in the evening were very good. At least we could stay longer in our room on the day of sheck out. We were very contend. Simple, immaculately clean room with newly-fitted bathroom facilities and personal security safe and easy to use a/c. Great location (many restaurants, so no need for hotel to have one beyond the breakfast bar). Eveything was great! Location, room, and especially the friendliest staff. We took a 3-day excursion to Uruguay and were able to leave most of our luggage at the hotel. Invited them all to come to San Diego. It's cheaper to take taxi in the street rather than via Hotel Reception, but it may be less safe. The bed was very small and the internet was horrible!!!. nothing. Nothing. have only one elevator!. city tour recommended we should of found the hop on hop off bus instead. Rooms are smaller than they look. There's only one elevator for the whole hotel. No irons for wrinkled clothes and no transformers for foreign appliances (hair dryer). Room seemed small for the price. No air conditioning in the hallways. Tiny lift Thin, hard towels Small room.
