The hotel is in a great location. You can easily walk to all the major attractions in BA. Reconquista Street is a sort of pedestrian street where you can walk in either direction as you step out of the hotel. For example, we walked slowly to the Recoleta Cemetery in about one hour. The hotel is modern and clean; the staff is very friendly; and speak English. The Pacifica Mall is within sight and they have ATMs. Florida Street is a 5 min. walk to see street Tango at night, and great shops.

Excellent position,next to Florida and Pacifico Galeries and other main streets. Clean and organized. Modern Design. Fast check- out. Good restaurants nearby. Overall a nice hotel , priced appropriately. Quiet. Location is good but lots of construction in the area. Very sumptuous breakfast buffet. Would recommend. Lack of tea making facilities in room,given the expense of room service, (£5 for a cup of tea and nearly £2 if you carried it to your room yourself}..the hotel bar and restaurant .(Menu not very extensive and excessive waiting time) The expense of drinks in the room mini bar (£5 for a small bottle of Evian mineral water.). Breakfast should be better.Staff not very friendly. I reservated no smoking room and they gave me one smoking. They should choise better towels. When first checked in we could not lock the door to our room. Staff gave us a bit of a run-around telling us that we were doing something wrong as far as the lock was concerned. It took a while for a maintenance person to show up and fix the problem. Did not like recommended Travel agency. The excursion to the Tigre was “estafa”. First two hours three buss transfers, than shopping center at San Isidro and 40 minutes on the catamaran. Change the travel agency. - WiFi is of poor quality! - homeless people sleeping in front of the Hotel entry. rooms need upgrading,. Breakfast with runny scrambled eggs. The staff, I called room service and I can speak Spanish and when I called in English I was rudely hung up on and when I called again in Spanish I received no such treatment. Also some of staff was not very friendly. small bathroom, more like 3.5 star. mediocre breakfast wifi does not work. There was some hair of other guest in the bathtub. It was sick.
