  Very good location in district 3 but also at the edge of district 1. Quick walk to a number of the main attractions and downtown area. Lots of coffee bars also nearby. The staff atvthe hotel are very professional and helpful. There is a moderate kitchen with seperate laundry room which is handy as your clothes - As a family of 6 we loved the hotel. The 3-bedroom apartment we booked was huge and so comfortable for us, and the price was just a bit more than 1 room in a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was also good, as was the swimming pool. Service was very friendly and although the hotel is located in District 3, it was only a 7 minute walk to the city centre or a cheap taxi ride away. I recommend this hotel for everyone, especially families. There is a very good Japanese restaurant, Tokyo Town, and a supermark
