  I loved the location and the room was very quiet and clean. We had a corner room which I thought would get noisy but rarely did we hear anything. The room was awesome! We had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch as we had 10-year old and a 18-year old kids with us. The bathroom was around a corner so it gave us all a sense of privacy. We checked in extremely early and though the room wasn't ready she drove us back to our car 3 miles away so we could park in their lot. So very helpful as we had a very tired 4 year old in tow. Recently renovated rooms were very comfortable and modern. The A/C worked great! Also, water pressure for the bathrooms were good. Not like some places where the shower drools out water.   Art the owner was the BEST! My sons had the best senior week ever. Once Art knew I was a stern, watchful but caring mom. He was very nice and helpful to my boys.   I love the oceanfront room. Whenever we come to oc we always stay on the beach. When we checked in and got our key, we opened the door and saw that someone's elses belongings were there.   the room was nice, it was comfortable and quite. any thing that I asked for I didn't have a problem getting it. the young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful - Loved the location and the fact it was clean! Did not expect luxury for the price but definitely well worth it. I will be staying here again
