I was so surprised when we got our room and a few minutes later we were
called and ask if every thing was to our liking and was there anything
else we needed.. Who does that these days ? what a nice surprise .. we
felt recognized each time we came in and was informed of the breakfast

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. We received a call from the front desk after being given time to settle into our room. They were just verifying that we were happy with the accommodations and inquiring if we needed anything else. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I asked for a quiet room,
and, this may be the quietest place I have ever stayed! The staff was
also knowledgeable about recommending the Farmer's Market, where to
get the best apples and how to get to places around Wenatchee. The room
and facility were both also very clean and the full breakfast was much
appreciated, as I left early each morning for a golf tournament at the
Highlander Golf Club.
