  Great customer service at the reception area. Extremely nice staff at the front desk. Received vouchers for a free breakfast due to the reservation issue. We were put in the king suite after the first night. - Staff was professional and courteous. Front desk staff helped in arranging transport.

  This was a wonderful place to stay. Staff was friendly but, the in house restaurant staff was the BEST. Room was nice, bed comfortable, buffet breakfast was GREAT and surprisingly the pizza we ordered one night was VERY good. I would highly reccomend and stay here again. - Lobby and entrances great.   Everything was very clean. Furnishings and carpets were fairly new and in good shape. The beds were comfortable -- the mattresses were in good shape. The baked goods at the breakfast were very good. The staff was very helpful. My son and I decided to stay the night after a late Brewers game, but we had brought nothing with us.
