we where there visiting my daughter's college for orientation. It was within my budget. There was a pool. location room we stayed in was quiet. bright big room location was excellent. The room was clean. Reasonable cost. Able to get room only day before a wedding we were attending, also is close to high way. Location and Staff.

Easy access from I95. not much. the pool. the room did not contain a clock. no alarm clock in room or tissues. Room had a very bad odor. The Internet wouldn't stay connected. Clothes dryers inoperable. Main problem was room smelled of cigarette smoke. Also, should provide small shampoo bottles and larger towels. Not enough towels in room, no shampoo, no hair dryer, no iron/ board, room HVAC was very noisy. i was given wrong key and walked into a room already occupied. was charged extra fees upon arrival i was under the impression that i would have a fridge/microwave/coffee pot convenience. Somewhat questionable area, seemed iffy at best. Guest at front desk before me refused to stay as the room he got was terrible according to him. Front desk did get him into another Motel 6 some distance away. Also had police arrive at motel as staff called them on some guests on second floor. But overall not horrible for one night. But if in the area again I would find better hotel. very tired, felt like I was in a prison. very dirty & smelled bad, terrible saggy mattress, filthy carpets, disgusting grounds where people let their pets urinate, no common amenities like shampoo, no refrigerator, very run down, wi fi was not free. Smelled like smoke in the hallways and non smoking room had a funky smell. My reservations was for 2 nights & when I came back to the room on the second day, they had checked me out!! My things where still in the room & they had locked me out! The manager had to come & open the door and luckily all my belongings where still there. The manager blamed it on the help but did not offer a free night! If you look on my booking, you will see that two nights were reserved. 10/20 & 10/21/13! very unhapppy since I was in town for my son's funeral. The room was dirty and there were roaches!! Besides that - the cops were coming and going there all night. I have pre-booked this hotel for another visit in October-which I will be canceling!!!!.
