I thought it was pricey. Do you offer any senior discounts? Every employee was very nice and accommodating, however I thought restaurants, even the 24 hour cafe, costly. My room was clean and nice. I did notice that there was no place to hang a robe, etc. in the bathroom. The hotel was beautiful and will be better when the construction is finished I only wish I had been told I had been told about it, I may have come at a different time. The restaurant the Lands end was excellent, the service outstanding.
alle bewertungen » The room was spacious and clean. It was a overnight get away for me and my husband. We have 2 teenagers and my 80 year old mom at home and we both work really hard. Love the room service availability. The design and atmosphere of the Hotel was very cozy/lush, design was dramatic and creative while warm...at the same time. The restaurant were very good. Enjoyed the Steakhouse and the Grotto. I asked for a 3rd bed and upon arrival was told they could not put a 3rd bed in my room . . so they upgraded me to a suite and brought a bed in for us. Class act !!. The room was well appointed with it's furnishings and layout. From it's double granite sink to the coffee and tea maker was quite satisfying. The hotel was beautiful. Lot of things to do. The rooms were very comfortable and accommodating. The food was great as well. Large rooms,special request for room near elevator acommodated. Housekeeper very friendly and helpful. The rooms were excellent. Very clean and the beds were so comfortable did not want to come out of it. The staff was excellent. I like slots and video poker that I can understand easily and I want to be able to find them easily. I found myself wandering around looking for video poker machines and felt that they were few and far between. The thanksgiving dinner at the Oak was terrible. The dinner (turkey) was below par. The service was terrible. It was a terrible, expensive experience. The lighting in the bathroom..needs to be a bit more bright. Some video poker machines located at the bar were "unavailable" during the week, therefore one had to wait around for someone to leave a machine. Smoke in the Casino, but that's just me !??. Some of the slots broke down and were not repaired in a timely fashion and the pay back was not as good as it could have been. the construction that was being done by the elevators. Room key did not work three times. .very inconvenient for me and my son... The slot machines, It was very hard to win. I played a lot of slot machines but the machines there I feel did not payout like the machines in Vegas. Maybe it was me just not lucky that day but otherwise the hotel and casino was very nice. My car was damaged by valet parking. I didn't notice until the next morning. smoke in casino, food was pricey. N/a. Price was a little more than we usually spend on a casino hotel. Many of your machines were disabled and vouchers would get stuck in machine and one machine did not register my win on my voucher and one voucher shorted my mother. And no wifi in room. None. Location. Reservation staff were rude and unaccommodating. Gift shop did not carry milk so I had to walk back to food court for milk for pills I take at night.Sometimes I had stood too long at the crap table and did not want to walk that far if I didn't remember until I got back to the elevators.Your bathroom picture below was not the bathroom I was expecting to get. Very disappointed in this. The buffet was extremely poor and cold .Rooms, nothing special for the price. When check in they don't have my information. About size of beds or the extra pillows I requested. Food at the buffet was stale. Gambling was awful.
