This place felt like a home away from home. The value for the room was great (based on location and accommodations). We liked having a kitchen to use (with dishes, pots/pans, and even a dish towel included). The grassy common area was really cute and we even ate a few apples off the apple trees. Also, the walk to the main street in Sedona was only about 2 minutes. It was a great room for the price! I would stay here again! It was walking distance to downtown with food and shopping! The staff gave us great ideas for local food!.

Great location. Laundry facilities. Nice patio. Fun to be downtown so we dd not have to drive at all in Sedona. Nice big king suite with large room with 2 sofas, a kitchen and a pull out bed plus separate bedroom. Nice and clean. Loved that the rooms were like mini apartments. Felt like coming home after a day of shopping or sight seeing. The location, Friendly staff and very helpful, the view from the upstairs room to the mountain was gorgeous. Good beds for a good night's rest, clean rooms & facilities. Convenient location too. suite room has kitchen and refrigerator. close to all the shopping and hiking. quite. I did some research about the town , best place to stay, is it walking distance from the attraction, is clean. Then I came across the hotel...looks good. Without expectation, when my husband and I arrive at the hotel. We look at each, for the price iris hotel looks very invited. Then, we headed to our room, room 104 we love it!. Great room...103 Friendly staff Hot tub was nice Perfect location. nothing. The shower water was not hot enough and the continental breakfast that was supposed to be included in our room rate was not prepared for us when we went to the lobby in the morning. Also, the soda machine downstairs only takes exact change. This was slightly inconvenient. The lights on the outside were blinking and had to be unplugged. Very Minor!. Staff was a little disorganized, but not in a bad way--I requested no maid service, but my towels were changed anyway. The breakfast is pretty minimal (mainly cereal), and one day there weren't any spoons. Fan was noisy. Not very much view. It looked a bit tired especially from the outside and inside the purple wall made it look v 70s but retro is in now so ... The continentel breakfast was only cereal and muffins and doughnuts. The muffins and doughnuts were stale but the coffee machine was awesome. The breakfast needs to be improve. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price paid. A competitor in Kingman provided a full hot breakfast for $30.00 less nightly. nothing. We I arrived at the hotel, the hotel manager told me that she did not receive the reservation from letsbookhotel.com. Fortunately there were rooms left so I could accept a different room at a lower price. You should check you communication and confirmation system. On a scale of 1-10, I'd have to give the interior of the room a 4. Needs updating. too far from downtown however not bad because I am still able to walk that far. The letsbookhotel.com price was not honored at check in. No telephone in the room. They were understaffed and the breakfast was poor. No WIFI signal, indifferent front desk staff, so called breakfast and thin coffee. My booking was not in their system, they said, that booking through letsbookhotel.com it does not go to their system, so they did a new booking with new rates and also they did not honored my AAA card because of the booking at arrival, despite that they have on display an advertisement that they are AAA approved, it was very disapointing. need repairs, one small tv for the whole suite, need light bulbs, need A new toilet seat.looks old. toaster is not modern. too noisy from the spa mechanical room (room107) and lots more. sorry but I shall never ever stay in there.. When we showed up the staff denied we had reservations and wanted to charge substantially more than our agreed on price. There was coffee in our room abut no cups. The bathroom was rewired so a loud fan came on when the light was turned on. The facility was not clean. The room smelled like pet urine, and there were fresh stains on the floor. Housekeeping had left the window open completely with the air conditioning on full blast; apparently to get rid of the odor. I took pictures and wrote a complaint; which the clerk destroyed as I was leaving. No offer of a price adjustment was made. I have already sent a note to you. Absolutely nothing! We love ut. Bed was a little squeaky. did not like the fact that this hotel failed to have our booking correctly, tha manager was extremely rude when trying to sort this issue out, would not reccomend other travellers to book this hotel.
