  The motel has different sections grouped around a small office. One section is around a court yard with parking space and another section is along Alaska road. The rooms around the court yard are relatively quiet, Alaska road is busy. The room was somewhat small but OK. We parked our car most of the time and took public transportation to Pike Place Market, to the ferry terminal for a trip to Bainbridge Island, and to the Chittenden Locks and Carl English Botanical Gardens.

  The Hostel is really nice. . It's in Chinatown. Not the safest neighbourhood but it has Great access to public transport and the most important sights. You could just walk there. They are pretty close. Staff is very friendly and room was ok. I recommended it to two Aussie visitors in the summer, and they gave it glowing reviews, so we gave it a try.
