It is a lovely old hotel with wonderful antiques everywhere. The location is perfect for seeing the museums and walking downtown. The menu was limited but the dinners we had on the two evenings we ate there were excellent. Delicious apples on the concierge desk, too! Comfy four-poster. -

The staff at the hotel were very cordial and helpful to my special requirements. The layout of the hotel was convenient and easy to maneuver around. I really appreciated the free breakfast in the morning too! -

The staff was very accommodating. In particular there was some confusion regarding a breakfast coupon that went with the cost of the room. They gave us the coupon without any discussion. The shuttle was wonderful as were the drivers. The pool was warm and clean. The room was clean and the location was close to downtown and other attractions. -

The staff was excellent. Very courteous and welcoming. We had originally booked for 1 night and decided to stay in the area for an extra night. They were able to cheerfully accommodate us for the extra night with no problem.

Loved the sauna & will next time get a massage as well. I love the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage therapist, & sauna. Perfect for those stiff muscles from driving. The rooms are very clean, well decorated, & quiet. Both the female & male receptionists were considerate & prompt.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly & you really feel that nothing is too much trouble. We had an issue with our room key & Ralf was brilliant sorting it out. Breakfast fresh, room comfy. Just across the road from an out of town shopping area, but not too far from lovely Saratoga Springs. Would definitely stay again if in the area. -

We loved the mineral baths and massages at the Roosevelt Spa! The
hotel is right in the middle of the state park with beautiful
trails. We rented bikes from the hotel and had a great leisurely

I have stayed here over 5 times. Usually for the jazz festival. Beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Very elegant. The staff is extremely accommodating. Right in town. Close enough to all the restaurants and the main strip of Saratoga Springs. Will be back next year
