  This hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed in on our trip. It was close to everything; shopping, Santa Monica Pier, great restaurants and bars; couldn't have asked for a better location. The staff were fantastic, they gave us great advice and organised our transport back to the airport which saved us time and money.   From the moment I set foot in hotel and greeted by front desk staff, it was a welcoming experience. I had just flown in from Sydney and arrived at 1pm at hotel and was able to book in before normal book-in time. The "vibe" is one of friendly, quiet and relaxing. Amenities which included 24/7 coffee and beverage service were very much appreciated. The breakfast was both delicious and "homey." Throughout my stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel, although far from the beach, is situated in a very convenient location. I would definitely stay there again!
