  We had a wonderful stay with our family- the rooms are bit cramp, but we knew this. We wanted to stay near union square and that we did. We were able to really enjoy everything in walking distance. We would return again.   I always stay here when in San Francisco. It's a great location and I always feel safe and comfortable. There's breakfast and the staff is very nice. We initially had a street facing room which was loud but not unbearable, especially later on in the evening. Staff at the hotel did offer us earplugs if we needed them.
