Hotel is a little dated, but everything in the room looked pretty new except the carpet. We just needed a place to spend the night after full day at Sea World. it worked great for that. -

We were very Happy to stay there . The location was perfect for us and when we got back in the evening most of the staff greeted us, we were very comfortable till our next day adventures. This is one of the best place's I have ever stayed at. The people were very friendly and nice, the breakfast was outstanding.
The rooms were clean, with microwave, refrig, and coffee pot in every room. This will be the place I will be staying from now on, as I have to come to San Diego, at least every 5 weeks.

The location is unbeatable if you want to stroll the Gaslight District and visit Horton Mall. The room was on the small side but immaculately clean w/the standard amenities and more. From the front desk staff to the cleaning crew, all the staff was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way. We especially enjoyed the people who helped with the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was centrally located so we were never more than 10 minutes from the things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again. -

Location was excellent!. Room was clean. We opted not to get room clean on second day stay and got $5 coupon to use at one of their restaurants. Service was great. We requested clean towels on second day and were brought up quickly. If you need something for room, just call and ask. Friendly staff. Got $5 coupons for each member (5) towards San Diego zoo. Could get noisy due to it being family friendly but that is expected. Close to restaurants.
