  Friendly and very helpful staff, there is a bus a minute walk from the hotel that takes you to NYC (first one on 4:40 am and last one from NYC is on 1:30 am- so you get to do a lot in the city and have transportation all the time). After hours of delay at the airport, I called 1 hour after the cancellation deadline to cancel my stay as I didn't think I would make it in.
