Everything was just "easy" for us which made the experience so great! Loved the decor, the large glass shower, the refrigerator, and the tv on a disk that rotated toward either the sofa or the king size bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent - recommend taking the add-on to the rate if offered. We were only there one night so didn't check out the pool or fitness area.

  Very clean hotel and the art gallery feel of local artists was nice. The rooms are spacious with a modern appeal as well as the bath area that carries a spa like quality with an over size shower with a big over head rain shower head. The quality of guests relation is very good with a we take care of guests attitude is a plus in my book. I was a stranded traveler, and the room had everything I needed to be comfortable. There was a nice, fluffy bathrobe, and the bed was very comfortable. They had a great Keurig coffee maker in the room and a well- stocked (if expensive) mini-bar. The staff was helpful, and the room was very comfortable. Plus, the shuttle service to and from the airport was top-notch.

  I loved having the extra space that the one bedroom suites provide. As I was only there overnight and had a Sunday morning flight I really appreciated its location close to O'Hare. Another terrific benefit was that it was a five minute walk to the Blue Line train station that took me into the city.
