Breakfast buffet was excellent - recommend taking the add-on to the rate if offered. We were only there one night so didn't check out the pool or fitness area.

  It was next to a prometic center for an exam I had to take. So it was very convenient, on the morning of the exam, not to worry about traffic and just take some few steps between the hotel and the exam facility. We reserved 2 rooms, 1 for us an our adult child, and another room for or son's family. We were told the hotel was quite full, but after a couple of minutes, they were able to get us a room only 2 doors apart from each other - Location is very good and the service is very good as well. We can leave our luggage in the Holiday inn for 4 days for free. The luggage storage service is very convenient for foreign visitors. As a reminder, if you have got O'hare airport, you need to call the Holiday Inn Express and ask for the shuttle to pick up you. Since we waited for around 1 hour and at last called the Holiday Inn Express for shuttle bus service.
