Staff was very friendly and helpful. The reason I entered fair for the facility was because the eating area was under construction and there was no seating area in the lobby. I was satisfied enough that I have booked a room in January.
Close to airport with free parking for the week so great value.
Beds were comfortable, location was good.

Undergoing massive renovations that hadn't reached our room yet so the room was still shabby.
No microwave, eating area was under construction, hardly enough room for
eating, breakfast ended too soon (9:00 am), carpet had a slight odor
when entering the room.
The television was not a flat screen. The ice machine is only on the main floor. The room is noisy from toilets flushing.
Breakfast was bad. No ketchup, no butter.
Kitchen options bad when you come in late.
I got charged double because the girl at the desk didn't understand me and didn't speak English.
The front counter/customer service person (Cynthia) was extremely rude on the phone. The airport shuttle took an hour to pick us up. The room smelled lik smoke and had cigarette burns on the bed cover. The room had an ice bucket but there was no ice machine on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The bathroom light was out so I had to shower in the dark. The bathroom fan when running smelled like it was burning.
