After spending 4 days at the Crown Plaza in NY 42 street its amazing the service, the facilities, comfort, cleanliness of your hotel was outstanding. If you think about name brand this should not be the case but it was. The C Plaza was awkward, even mold in the bathroom walls and picture frame.

We had a wonderful time. The facilities were great (two pools) indoor and out,tennis courts and chair lifts. Nature walks right up to your door (deer, bears). Staff is very friendly, Food was great in the restaurant. The deals in the bar .50 tacos, wings, dollar beers were great.

Professional staff, courteous and helpful. Room (King Suite) was clean and comfortable. Didn't use pool or jacuzzi, but looked nice. Great restaraunt around the corner: Pasquale's. -
It was a very nice place to stay. If I had to pick out one thing, it would be that it was very clean. Staff was nice, pool was good.

Excellent hotel, we really enjoyed our little weekend runaway vacation.
The hotel is in the same shopping center as Buffalo Wild Wings and

The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to please.
Since public conveyances ie: Cabs would not service the facility the staff went outside of protocol to get us where we needed to go. -

letsbookhotel.com did not have accurate information on types of rooms available and costs. The Inn only has a couple of one and two bedroom suites. Our letsbookhotel.com reservation said we had a room with kitchenette but the Inn said our rate was only for a regular room. The hotel staff was nice and gave us the one room suite for our expected

My family likes the Inn at Snowshoe so very much that we recomend it to friends. We've been to Snowshoe/Cass WV twice, and plan to go again in the fall. It is comfortable, affordable, and the scenery is beautiful. If you want to ski at snowshoe, golf at Raven, go hiking in the mountains, or enjoy the trains at Cass this inn is a great place to stay.
