I did like that they had a friendly staff. I was checked in right away. When I asked questions they answered for me. They seem very knowledgeable. The spa/Relaxation was amazing. Just what my husband and I needed. -
The entire staff was terrific: friendly, responsive and available. Food was delicious and generous.

My husband and I came for a family funeral, but this hotel was so elegant and romantic we forgot while we were in town. The chandeliers were stunning, the dining room was so formal and beautiful, every time we walked in we were greeted, the cleaning staff was fantastically friendly. We loved the overall décor and ambiance of the hotel, the pool/spa, the rooms, the excellent buffet breakfast in the morning and the free fruit and cookies available during the day. They also had good Wi-Fi speed and gave out free USA today papers to every room. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Staff who were all so pleasant and very attentive. A request for extra towels and pillows was fulfilled within minutes.

The bed spreads! They were just so much prettier than any hotel I've ever seen. Puckered bed topper with a teal tree design end lay. The view was nice (even though it was the highway). The breakfast was AMAZING, hot and fresh. Access to 24-hour fitness made me feel like management of the hotel knew what they were doing and had good area business relationships.

The rooms and common areas were VERY clean and inviting. Our room had a kitchenette and was L shaped with the bed facing a large window overlooking the ocean. We will definitely be back! -

All staff were accommodating. A water leak in a room next to ours was repaired quickly, and quietly. The building was in good repair. We stayed 4 nights and returned a week later for another night. Excellent room and Motel.
